To use, just apply to your lips. Carefully outline the rest of the perimeter of your top lip and then fill in the top lip completely.
You can apply this product to clean and dry skin.

I've been looking for a good vegan mascara and I think this is it. I first thought the packaging of it was a bit over the top, but it does make getting the tube open a bit easier because there is some friction. I never thought that would make me happy but it does! When my hands are wet or have lotion on them, I can still open the tube.

Love the eye brow pencil, I have grey hair so I need a grey pencil that can add some volume to my existing eye brows and not smear off and yours is absolutely perfect. Would also love to see a lighter color grey as my hair is very light grey.
