I ordered a product in the wrong shade and they sent me the right one with the next order for free! I love how the products feel on my skin. I love that they are vegan, cruelty free and free of bad ingredients. I can't wait to try new products and promotions. I really appreciate companies such as Epilynx that offer better products for people who have health issues or care for animals. Although it takes a little to see the resuls from facial products (true for any company) their lip gloss is awesome. Great color, smell and it does not feel heavy or sticky on my lips. This concealer goes on smoothly with no tell-tale lines or caking + gluten-free. What more could I ask! --well, maybe to never run out. It was on backorder the last time I was due for more.😉
