Shipping, Handling & Processing

Applies to purchases on epilynx.com. If you ordered from Amazon, Faire, or another retailer, please check shipping details on that platform.

Processing Times

  • Orders ship in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

  • During major promotions and holidays, processing may extend by 1–2 business days due to higher volume.


U.S. Shipping Methods & Rates

Delivery timeframes below are estimates from the carriers and begin after your order is processed. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed.

  • FREE Economy (orders $24+): $0 — 5–8 business days

    • Applies to U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $24 or more (after discounts, before tax and shipping).

    • Includes P.O. Boxes (ships via USPS).

    • Not valid on expedited methods or gift cards.

  • Economy (orders under $24): $5.95 — 5–8 business days

    • Typically delivered within 5–8 business days after processing.

    • P.O. Boxes ship via USPS.

  • Priority USPS: $12.95 — 2–5 business days

  • UPS: $19.95 — 2–5 business days

    • Street addresses only (no P.O. Boxes).

APO/FPO/DPO & U.S. Territories

  • Shipped via USPS; please allow 14–21 days for delivery after processing.

  • Free shipping threshold applies to APO/FPO/DPO & U.S. territories for Economy where available; delivery times may vary.

Note: Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed by carriers. We don’t issue refunds for carrier delays, but we’ll always help you track and resolve issues.


International Shipping

  • Canada: Flat rate $30

  • Europe: Flat rate $35

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs. Import duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by EpiLynx at checkout unless specified.


Tracking & Delivery

  • Track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package:

    1. Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or mailroom.

    2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.

    3. Wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes scan early.

    4. Email inquiries@epilynx.com for support; we’ll help investigate and file claims when applicable.


Address Changes & Order Edits

  • We can update an address or cancel/edit an order until it enters fulfillment. Contact inquiries@epilynx.com with the subject “Address Change/Order #_____” as soon as possible.

  • Once a label is created or the order has shipped, we’re unable to modify the shipment.


Packaging & Partial Shipments

  • To keep products safe, items may ship in multiple boxes. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if your order is split.


Delays & High-Volume Periods

  • Weather events, carrier network constraints, and holiday peaks can extend delivery times.

  • During promotions or end-of-month inventory reconciliations, processing may be slightly delayed; we appreciate your patience.


Refunds Related to Shipping

  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

  • We don’t issue refunds for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos at inquiries@epilynx.com and we’ll make it right (replacement or refund as appropriate).


Tips for a Smooth Delivery

  • Use a street address for UPS options.

  • Choose Priority/UPS if you’re on a timeline.

  • Consider shipping to a location where someone can receive the package to prevent loss or theft.
