Tracking & Delivery

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package:

Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or mailroom.

Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.

Wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes scan early.

Address Changes & Order Edits

We can update an address or cancel/edit an order until it enters fulfillment. Contact inquiries@epilynx.com with the subject “Address Change/Order #_____” as soon as possible.

Once a label is created or the order has shipped, we’re unable to modify the shipment.
Packaging & Partial Shipments

To keep products safe, items may ship in multiple boxes. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if your order is split.
Delays & High-Volume Periods

Weather events, carrier network constraints, and holiday peaks can extend delivery times.

Refunds Related to Shipping
