Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Our Promise

We formulate for sensitive, allergy‑prone skin. If something isn’t a match, we’ll work with you to make it right—without compromising safety or product integrity.


United States (U.S.) Return & Exchange Policy

1) 30‑Day Standard Returns (Unopened)

  • You may return unused, unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling are non‑refundable.

  • You’re responsible for return shipping unless we made an error or the product arrived damaged/defective. (If we provide a prepaid label, a discounted label fee may be deducted from your refund.)

Items not eligible for standard returns

  • Opened/used items (see the Irritation‑Free Guarantee below for first‑time orders).

  • Partial sets/bundles with missing items, free gifts, or samples.

  • Final‑sale items, trial/sample sizes, and gift cards.


2) Irritation‑Free Guarantee (First Order Safety Net)

For your first order on epilynx.com (U.S. customers): if irritation occurs or the product simply doesn’t agree with your skin, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll offer store credit or an exchange—even if lightly used.

  • Limit one Irritation‑Free claim per customer/household.

  • We may request photos and the product lot/batch code to help our formulation team.

  • For eye products (e.g., eyeliner, mascara), we do not accept opened items back for hygiene reasons; we’ll work with you on a store credit or exchange option.

Tip: Always patch test on a small area before first use.


3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll replace or refund as appropriate. In most cases, you won’t need to return damaged goods.


4) How to Start a Return/Exchange

  1. Email inquiries@epilynx.com with your order number and reason.

  2. We’ll issue return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.

  3. Pack items securely in original packaging.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange.

Refund timing: Card refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are usually immediate once processed by us.


5) Cancellations & Order Changes

  • We can cancel or edit an order until it enters fulfillment (often quickly). Email inquiries@epilynx.com as soon as possible with the subject “Cancel/Change Order #_____”.

  • If your order has shipped, please use the returns process above after delivery.


Outside the United States (International)

Because skincare is regulated differently across countries and cross‑border shipping is costly, our default is:

  • Damaged/Defective/Incorrect items: We’ll replace or refund—please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • Change‑of‑mind returns: We’re not able to accept international returns at this time. If we make an exception in rare cases, you’ll be responsible for all return shipping, duties, and taxes; original shipping is non‑refundable.

Hygiene rule: Opened eye products (e.g., eyeliner, mascara) cannot be returned internationally.


Conditions We Can’t Accept

To keep everyone safe and maintain quality standards, we cannot accept items that are:

  • Opened/used (except first‑order claims under the Irritation‑Free Guarantee),

  • Unsealed, relabeled, refilled, or tampered with,

  • Missing components from sets/bundles or associated free gifts,

  • Marked as final sale or gift cards.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns if we suspect abuse of the policy.
