Using your ring finger, gently apply a pea sized amount of the eye cream in the morning and at night under eyes. Use dabbing and patting motions to avoid tugging. Be sure not to get the cream inside of your eyes. For that overall youthful and radiant glow, use in conjunction with the Sunrise Serum and Sunrise Cream. Apply the Sunrise Eye Cream last in your routine.
You can apply this product to clean and dry skin.
I loooove this mascara, especially the blue color. It's bright and perfect for my vibe. The formulation is excellent for my skin issues and glides on easily. I never break out in a rash when I use this mascara and I have with so many other brands. I have also tried the purple. It's not as bright as the blue but still a lovely color if you have the right style for it!

However, Im a light blond and I picked the lightest color available and its much too dark, so really unusable for me
