This has been the best eyeliner. I love the brown. It is easy to put on and it stays on.

I had a very disappointing experience with both the product and the customer service.

My first order included two Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner Pens, and both arrived in a dry condition. They barely applied and were clearly not fresh.

After I contacted customer service, I was offered either a replacement or a refund. I chose a **refund**, but instead they sent me replacement eyeliners and required me to pay the return shipping for the original defective products. Since the defect was not my fault, I had to insist on being reimbursed for the return shipping.

Unfortunately, the replacement eyeliners arrived in the **same half-dry condition** as the originals. Receiving four defective eyeliners in a row suggests a quality control issue.

Overall, the product quality was poor, and the customer service did not honor the refund option I requested. I cannot recommend this product or this seller.

I received this eyeliner in blue as a gift with a previous order. I loved everything about it but the color. I ordered it in brown, and love the color. But, it is dry and doesn’t glide on like the blue one I received as a gift.

I'm older and have developed sensitivity to most eye makeup. However, I've been able to use blues and purples from Epilynx on my eyes without any issues which is pretty phenomenal! Love this company. Great products, great customer service. I'll be purchasing more products up ahead! Thank you
