I get the Balm version and it is so creamy and soft! It’s a small container but you really don’t need too much product. It removes all of my makeup and I even use it on my eyes and it doesn’t cause any burning or irritation. The Jojoba oil does great at pulling away makeup and even glue (if you’re a lash girly) It leaves my skin feeling soft, and more importantly, HEALTHY! It is not stripping to my skin at all, and the ingredients are great. I use this as the first step in my double cleansing process. Then I go in with their Gentle Face Cleanser - Hydrating Facial Face Wash to finish the job and my skin is good to go! I feel better that I’m not using products full of harsh products.
